Paint me a Present delivers paintings and illustrations within three weeks from the date of order. This gives our artists the time to create your unique and personal pictured and allows time for packaging and postage.

All of our products are packaged securely and are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery requiring a signature from the recipient. We therefore add £10 for postage and packaging at the point of payment.

We can provide postage tracking numbers for our customers, if required.

Returns are at the sole discretion of Paint me a Present. Due to the subjective nature of art, the customer must understand that they have ordered a stylistic representation of a photo of their choice. The customer may provide notes to the artist for special instructions at the point of placing the order. If the artist has not taken these instructions into account, please get in touch with us on info@paintmeapresent.com to arrange for changes to be made to the work.
